The positions are to be filled on a part-time or full-time basis for an unlimited period. The weekly working time can be agreed individually and takes the wishes of the applicants into account.
Your tasks:
- They support people who need support and attention in situations of illness and in need of care in order to be able to lead a self-determined life in their familiar living situation.
- You carry out patient-oriented care on your own responsibility and independently and implement the associated processes.
- Participation in rotating shift work is required.
Requirements:
- You have completed training as a nurse, specialist nurse or geriatric nurse.
- You bring with you practical experience and skills as a registered nurse in the outpatient sector.
- For you, commitment in an innovative environment, a sense of responsibility and flexibility in thinking and acting are part of your everyday work. You are physically resilient and ready for a high degree of mobility.
- A valid class B driving license and full vaccination against Corona are required.

Compensation:
Remuneration is based on the collective agreement Diakonie Niedersachsen (TV DN) including the usual social benefits.
