WELCOME TO THE MOBILE LIBRARY
Since 1954, the mobile library has been supplying the city districts without their own local library with a constantly changing range of media. Many citizens of the city of Hanover have known the mobile library since they were young and have their own "book bus stories". Children are now the largest group of customers of the mobile library. Fun and games are important, but the mobile library also ensures that all children, regardless of their background, have free access to education and knowledge. There are currently 17 stops throughout the city, often in the immediate vicinity of schools and daycare centers. The offer is also aimed at adults. It takes trends and customer wishes into account and is constantly changing.
