Herb: Our outpatient help is based on the Lower Saxony law on help and protective measures for the mentally ill (NPsychKG) and aims to maintain or enable you to live as independently as possible in your usual area of life.
Who we are: A team of specialists from medicine, social work/education, nursing and administration works in the social-psychiatric counseling center.
The Freytagstraße counseling center is part of the community psychiatry team of the Hanover Region Health Department and is responsible for the Hanover districts of Bemerode, Bult, Calenberger Neustadt, Döhren, Mitte, Mittelfeld, Seelhorst, Südstadt, Waldhausen, Waldheim, Wülfel and Wülferode
