Among other things, our counseling centers offer personal support in building social relationships, finding accommodation, renting living space and looking for a job, enforcing legal claims and securing material subsistence.
For most people they are taken for granted: their own four walls. But without a roof over your head, everyday little things can cause big problems. Diakonie is there for people who live on the streets or are threatened by homelessness.

Our advice centers are there for you

  • if you are homeless
  • the loss of the apartment is imminent (e.g. due to rent arrears)
  • there is no postal accessibility according to § 67 SGB XII
  • income is not secured
  • Contacts to relatives are sought
  • important papers are missing
  • or further personal help is desired.

We are an outpatient service according to §§ 67 ff. SGB XII.
