Discovering you
the Fit & Relax stations
Especially in everyday life it can be challenging to take time for exercise and relaxation. That's why there are now Fit & Relax stations in the district. They are distributed at various locations in the district, which are made visible by plaques. The plaques, which are attached to park benches, fences and house walls, have a QR code that can be scanned with a smartphone. How to get access to free exercise videos with moving - or mindfulness content, which are stored on the YouTube channel of the Hanover region.
By using the Fit & Relax stations, you have the opportunity to take a deep breath in everyday life and then go through the day with more energy and more relaxed.
